Erica Coulombe is an Executive Director of Sustainability and ESG at KPMG Canada, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as Vice President at Millani and worked as a Sustainable Development Consultant at GreenFlex from 2014 to 2016. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from HEC School of Management and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in International Management and Environment from McGill University. They have also gained diverse experience through various internships and assistant roles, contributing to sustainable finance and ESG integration throughout their career.
