Reena Jencin is an experienced Human Resources leader with a robust career spanning several prestigious organizations. As the Global Business HR Head at KPIT since February 2025, Jencin previously served as the Europe HR Head at KPIT technologies GmbH from February 2022 to January 2025. Prior to these roles, Jencin held the position of Senior Director - Human Resources at KPIT TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and Birlasoft, overseeing HR functions for Oracle and SAP units. Jencin's extensive experience also includes roles at KPIT Technologies Limited as Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources, managing HR operations for the US region, and earlier positions at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited and Brainvisa Technologies. Jencin holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Diploma in Labor Law from Pune University.
