Vesa Lamaxhema is an experienced professional in visual merchandising and marketing, currently serving as Area Manager at Koton since June 2022, overseeing all stores in Kosovo while implementing sales strategies and merchandising initiatives. Vesa also operates a start-up, BY ME woman, focused on market positioning and digital marketing efforts. Previously, Vesa held the position of Visual Merchandising Manager at Inditex, contributing to the launch of stores in Prishtina, Albania, and Belgrade, and earlier roles include Marketing Manager at Echo Evenings & Bridal and Administrative Clerk at the US Embassy. Vesa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Staffordshire and additional qualifications in business management and project management.
