Poonam Sharma is currently the Associate Vice President of Product Management at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where they lead product strategies. Poonam has previously held positions as a Portfolio Manager at IndusInd Bank and Aditya Birla Finance Limited, as well as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank and Investment Advisor at Sharekhan. They began their career as a Summer Intern at Trinity Capital, focusing on technical research analysis. Poonam holds an MBA in Finance from N L Dalmia Institution of Studies and Research Mumbai and a BBA from Amravati University.
