Nazia Shaikh is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in talent acquisition and talent management services. Currently serving as the Deputy Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Nazia is responsible for volume, lateral, and leadership hiring across India. Previously, they held director and managerial roles at prominent organizations such as Sutherland, Firstsource, and Serco Global Services, where they effectively managed recruitment processes and vendor relationships. Nazia earned a Master’s in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Pune University and a Bachelor’s in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
