Charles Falcone, M.D., M.B.A. is a prominent figure in academic medicine and higher education, currently serving as the Global Leader overseeing these sectors at Korn Ferry and as the Director and Founder of the Physician Leadership Institute. With over 30 years of experience in clinical healthcare and executive search, Charles has executed more than 350 leadership searches for C-suite positions in both academic and non-academic health systems. Previously, Charles held managing director roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Spencer Stuart, as well as clinical leadership positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University Medical School. An alumnus of the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Charles also serves on multiple boards, further demonstrating their commitment to leadership in healthcare and education.
