With over 15 years of experience in business operations, Zahi has successfully implemented process improvements and cost reductions across various tech industries. They previously served as Director of Business Operations at Twilio, where they contributed to the strategic growth of the company’s IoT Business Unit. Zahi holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Advanced Management from Yale University.
