Sheena Rad, MBA, has a strong background in inside sales and academic counseling. Sheena began their career as a Team Leader Inside Sales at Vidyaam Skills Tech. Pvt Ltd., where they led a team, monitored call quality, and generated revenue. Sheena then moved on to Avagmah, where they worked as a Senior Academic Counselor, handling B2C inside sales for various universities. Sheena was responsible for student counseling, documentation, and fee collection, as well as cold calling and building relationships with existing students. Sheena continued their academic counseling career at Imarticus Learning Pvt Ltd as a Senior Academic Counselor and at AS as an Inside Sales Manager. Most recently, Sheena has been working at Korcomptenz Inc as a Senior Inside Sales Executive, leading the inside sales team and playing a key role in total technology transformation.
Sheena Rad, MBA has a diverse educational background with a focus on business and finance. Sheena completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance (Regular) from Doon Business School, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Lucknow University, Lucknow, majoring in Accounts & Economics. Sheena attended Lucknow University from 2006 to 2009.
Before pursuing higher education, Sheena Rad completed their Intermediate education from Rajat Inter College in 2006, with a concentration in Business/Commerce, General. Sheena also attended HAL Public School in India for their high school education, completing it in 2004.
Furthermore, Sheena Rad holds an additional certification in Microsoft Business Applications Partner Sales, as they participated in the FY23 Bootcamp conducted by Microsoft and successfully obtained the certification in January 2023.
