Carlos Fonseca is currently the General Manager Latin America Mining Technology Services at Komatsu, where they lead efforts in innovative mine management technology. Previously, Carlos served as the Regional Managing Director for Latin America at Astec Industries Inc., overseeing the operational strategy and establishing a new organization in Chile. Carlos has held various senior roles, including General Manager for Peru and Colombia at both Komatsu Mining Corp. and Joy Global Inc., as well as legal counsel positions at prominent firms such as Cardinal Health and CareFusion. They earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and an MBA in Global Management from Tulane University and Universidad de Chile.
