Ricardo "Rick" St. Hilaire is a mission-focused legal executive with over 30 years of experience in public service. They have held significant roles in various sectors, including government and nonprofits, where they directed legal strategy and risk management. Previously, they served as Chief Prosecutor at Plymouth Court Jurisdictional Association and held executive leadership positions at the Knights of Columbus.
