Ser Yang is currently the Global Head of Commercial for Insurance Services at Klook, where they oversee the global insurance business to enhance travel assurance. Previously, they held leadership roles at Igloo, ByteDance, and Singtel, where they drove significant innovations in digital insurance and crafted partnerships that resulted in substantial revenue growth. Ser has been instrumental in launching new business models and has a strong focus on P&L management and team leadership. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
