Steven Maxey is an accomplished Product Engineering Manager at Klein Tools, leading a team in developing innovative plastic injection modular tool storage products. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Steven has previously held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer at Bullet Proof Diesel, and Mechanical Engineering Supervisor at RIGID Industries, where significant contributions to product design and process improvement were made. In addition to a robust engineering career, Steven co-hosts and co-owns The Impactful Engineer podcast and operates Sianar Motorsports, offering specialized automotive aftermarket design services. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
