Sarah Delaney serves as the Lead Behavioral Designer at Klaviyo since April 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Behavioral Designer within the same company. Prior to Klaviyo, Sarah worked at Lirio from February 2021 to April 2022 as a Senior User Experience Researcher and earlier as a Behavioral Designer, focusing on creating intuitive experiences and behavioral recommendations for health-related solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Researcher and Behavioral Designer at GRID Impact, a Research Consultant and Project Officer at JSI | John Snow, Inc., and a Community Health Educator with the Peace Corps. Additional roles include serving as a Research Assistant at ICF International and teaching in an urban setting. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dickinson College and completed an Executive Program in Behavioral Economics at Yale University.
