Rebecca Laird is a Partner at K&L Gates, where Rebecca has worked since August 1986. Previously, Rebecca held leadership roles as President and Past President of Women in Housing and Finance, Inc. and Women in Housing and Finance Foundation during 2008 to 2009. Earlier in her career, Rebecca served as General Counsel for the National Council of Savings Institutions from 1983 to 1986, and as Senior Associate General Counsel from 1973 to 1983 at both the FHLBB and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
