Bill Holmes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently a Partner at K&L Gates since May 2013, Bill previously served as a Member at Stoel Rives LLP from September 1985 to May 2013, after starting as an associate in 1985. Bill also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oregon from January 2008 to May 2012, pioneering the Renewable Energy Law course. Early in Bill's career, a position as a Law Clerk for Judge Louis F. Oberdorfer at the US District Court for the District of Columbia provided significant insight into litigation and the law. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin.
