It is designed for the short term patient that is transitioning between the hospital and home. Our interdisciplinary treatment team will create an individualized Care Plan based on the patient’s needs. Our patients rehabilitate in a spacious, private room and gym with 24 hour skilled nursing and therapeutic services. They share the facility with others who have the same goals of a short term rehab stay.
