Howard Ramsey is the Director of Facility Services for The Kintock Group. Previously, Howard served in the United States Air Force as a Transportation Specialist and Vehicle Dispatcher from 1990 to 1993. They also worked as a Crane Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator at Tube City IMS and Evraz Claymont Steel between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, Howard held roles at Amtrak from 2020 to 2022, including Electric Traction Catenary Foreman and Lineman, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Howard earned a certification in Mobile Hydraulic Crane and Heavy Equipment from the Georgia School of Construction in 2009.
