Dr. Becky Lees is an experienced educator and researcher currently serving as the Director of Learning and Teaching at Kingston Business School. Dr. Lees is also a member of the CPD Review Board for the Chartered Association of Business Schools and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Kingston University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Research from Lancaster University, with a strong focus on student engagement and graduate employability throughout their career. Previously, Dr. Lees held various positions at Kingston University, including Director of Undergraduate Studies and Head of the Department of Accounting, Finance, and Informatics.
