Brian Vits is Chief People Officer at Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces, where he leads the company’s People & Culture strategy and serves as a member of the executive leadership team. In this role, he is responsible for building organizational capability, strengthening culture, and enabling high performance to support Kinder’s continued growth.
Brian joined Kinder’s in 2022 as Vice President of Supply Chain and quickly expanded his leadership scope. He went on to serve as Executive Vice President of Operations, leading Procurement, Co-Manufacturing, Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service. In 2025, he transitioned to Executive Vice President of People & Culture before being appointed Chief People Officer in 2026.
Prior to Kinder’s, Brian held senior leadership roles at Del Monte Foods as Vice President of Logistics & Customer Service and at Danone North America (Earthbound Farm) as Director of Logistics, Distribution & Warehouse Operations. He began his career at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, where over more than two decades he led large-scale 3PL warehousing and logistics networks across the Western U.S. and Asia/Pacific region.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He is also active in community service, serving as a Relay for Life Team Captain for the American Cancer Society and volunteering with Live By Living to support cancer survivors and caregivers.
