Stephen Marrano is an Engineering Technical Leader in Global R&D at Kimberly-Clark, where they focus on developing and delivering innovative solutions by applying fundamental science and engineering principles. They possess a strong background in mechanical and process engineering within the consumer goods industry and have experience leading cross-functional teams. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Stephen studied Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Microsystems and Nanotechnology at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they also served as a student instructor and conducted independent research. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Biola University.
