Andrea Winters is a strategic leader specializing in training strategy and program design. With experience as a Solutions Marketing Manager at Lexia Learning and a Senior Partner Success Lead at itslearning, they have demonstrated expertise in driving sales enablement activation programs and managing cross-functional teams. Andrea served as an Educator and later as an Assistant Principal in Clear Creek Independent School District, where they focused on enhancing learning through technology initiatives. Currently, Andrea is the National Curriculum Strategist at Kiddom, continuing to empower educational advancements. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University.
