Walid Shihabi is an accomplished entrepreneur and business building enthusiast. Having served as CEO at SHUAA Securities from 2010 to 2012, they later held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Urban - Real Estate in 2020-2021. Currently, Walid is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Keyper and serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Hometown Fund Management since 2012, as well as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Hometown since 2015. In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Walid is a Board Member at Shapes Defined Photography and a Founding Board Member of the Dubai PropTech Business Group. They have furthered their expertise with executive education at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance in 2008.
