Sheila Esmeralda is currently the SVP, Senior Payments Advisor at KeyBank, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Senior Vice President and Treasury Management Consultant at Umpqua Bank from 2018 to 2023, and as a Treasury Management and Payments Consultant at U.S. Bank from 2023 to 2024. Sheila also worked at KeyBank as a VP & Sr. Payments Advisor from 2008 to 2018 and was a board member at the International Community Health Services Foundation from 2010 to 2020. They earned their education from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business between 1995 and 1999.
