Bethany Kitzman is an experienced R&D Senior Research Scientist at Kerry, where employment began in May 2011. In this role, responsibilities include developing new products and concepts, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards, and managing the commercialization process to support production teams. Previous positions at Kerry include R&D Scientist on the Culinary Wet Sauce Team and R&D Technician for the Dry Dairy & Prepared Foods Team. Prior to Kerry, Bethany worked as a Sales Associate at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, providing product knowledge and customer engagement, and as a Medical Entomology Lab Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on mosquito surveillance. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and participated in a study abroad program at University of Galway in 2009.
