Steve Mabey is an experienced leader specializing in light rail operations, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for UK Tram since 2024. They have held various key positions at Metrolink, where they led significant improvements in operational management and developed critical procedures, including the Disruption Management Plan and Adverse Weather Procedure.
