Kathleen Pawlus is a seasoned public company board director and a retired partner from EY, where they served as the Global Group CFO/COO of Assurance and held various leadership roles, including Vice Chair and CFO for the U.S. and Americas. Since 2014, Kathleen has been a director at AMC Theatres, serving as AC Chair and on the Compensation Committee, and is currently a director for the Audit Committee at Kenvue. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington in 1982.
