Barbara Kazimierczak is a global trade compliance leader with extensive expertise in EAR, ITAR, sanctions, and customs. They began their career in political science and have held key positions at companies such as Michelin, KPMG, and McKinsey & Company, where they led projects focused on trade compliance and risk mitigation. Currently, Barbara serves as a Senior Manager of Export Controls and Trade Sanctions at Kenvue, following their role at ATS Life Sciences in establishing a worldwide compliance program. Barbara's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from The Honors College at Florida International University.
