Megan Nickoloff Stith, PhD, CFRE, has extensive experience in leadership and philanthropic roles across various organizations. Megan began as a Residential Real Estate Sales Agent at Semonin Realtors, followed by serving as Head of Programming and Children's Services at Meade County Public Library, where impressive programming initiatives were coordinated. At Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, significant fundraising success was achieved, with over $6 million raised, while also managing campaigns and developing giving programs. In higher education, Megan held positions at KCTCS, first as Chief Advancement Officer and then as Acting AVP of Philanthropy, providing strategic direction for philanthropic operations. Additionally, Megan served as President/CEO of United Way of Central Kentucky, implementing financial improvements and leading a transition towards a Community Impact model. Education was pursued at Southern Utah University in 2023.
