Natalia Anokhina is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Ventra HR holding, where they manage and develop training programs and automate learning processes. With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, including 12 years in IT recruitment, and a strong background in learning and development, they have led teams and training initiatives in various sectors. Previously, Natalia served as Branch Manager at Kelly Services CIS, where they were recognized as a winner of the 2018 Kelly EMEA Growth Mission and the 2015 Kelly Golden Circle EMEA. Natalia's earlier roles included positions at BRTechnologies and MTS Group, where they developed client support and quality control processes. They hold a degree from Russian State Pedagogical University, specializing in chemistry and French.
