Melanie Dickerson is an experienced communications leader currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications for North America at Kellanova since December 2021. Previously, Melanie held the position of Director of Internal Communications at Kellogg Company from April 2018 to December 2021, where the role focused on employee engagement and various HR initiatives. Prior to that, Melanie served as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2012 to April 2018, overseeing communication strategies for global HR and sales. Melanie began a career at Insights by Kantar, where the role included Vice President of Marketing and Internal Communications. Academic credentials include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University, along with a Change Management Certification from PROSCI.
