Esra Cinar Jones is a Senior Global Study Manager at Kedrion Biopharma, bringing over 20 years of experience in clinical development and project management within multinational pharmaceutical companies and CROs. Previously, Esra held roles at Bayer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer, where they managed complex clinical trials and established new clinical operations departments. Esra has a strong background in training and leading cross-functional teams and is well-versed in regulatory compliance and budget management. Esra is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Boğaziçi University.
