Verena Herb is a strategic marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience. They served as the Head of Press and Spokesperson at the Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend from 2013 to 2018, advising two federal ministers and leading a ten-member press team. From 2018 to 2022, they directed the Landesvertretung Hamburg beim Bund, managing a team of 40 and representing Hamburg's interests at various governmental levels. Currently, Verena is the Head of Marketing and Communication DACH at Kearney and is a member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team. They hold a Magistra Artium in Political Science from the Universität Bonn, earned in 2004.
