Emma Castell is an experienced marketing and communications leader with over 20 years in the industry, currently serving as the Director and Head of Middle East & Africa Marketing at Kearney. Emma previously held key roles such as Marketing Manager at SHM Smith Hodgkinson, where they established a marketing function, and Senior Marketing & Business Development Professional at Pinsent Masons, where they developed business strategies for retail and sports sector teams. Emma's early career includes positions as a Marketing Consultant for The Annual Hotel Conference and as a PR Account Executive at Lee & Knight PR. They earned a BA (Hons) in Retail Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
