Vaibhavi Asawad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vaibhavi started their career as a Cultural Secretary at MITM in 2017. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Siyana Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and handling salary negotiations. Vaibhavi then joined Intelivita as an HR Executive in 2019 and worked there until 2020. In this role, they gained hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an HR Executive at SNDK Corp, where they provided IT solutions and support services to small and mid-sized businesses. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Executive at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services, where they are involved in technology consulting and managed services to help enterprises enhance their performance and efficiency.

Vaibhavi Asawad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Earthinators Climate School, specializing in Yoga Instruction, between 2014 and 2018. Vaibhavi then pursued their Executive MBA in Human Resources Development at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2021 to 2023.
