Dr. Violet Wanjala holds a PhD and an MBA with a focus on Strategic Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Learning & Development at KCB Bank Group since September 2009, Dr. Wanjala has also held various roles within the organization, including Trainer, Brand Manager for Marketing & Communication, and Customer Experience Agent & Training Officer. Prior experience includes the position of Business Sales Executive at CMC Motors Group Ltd. In addition to professional experience, Dr. Wanjala has enhanced leadership skills through the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2025.
