Minaz Makhania is currently the Chief Technical Advisor for Refining at KBR India, bringing 18 years of experience as a Process Technologist, primarily in FCC technology. Previously, Minaz served at Honeywell UOP as a Principal Technology Services Specialist and spent over eight years at Reliance Industries as a Senior Technologist focusing on refining operations. Minaz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution. Throughout their career, Minaz has been involved in various technical innovations and has actively contributed to industry conferences, showcasing expertise in FCC technology.
