Rick Perr is the Co-Managing Partner of the Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, where they concentrate in complex commercial litigation and professional liability defense. A nationally recognized authority on creditor’s rights, Rick represents clients against consumer protection law allegations and advises on compliance matters in the credit and collection industry. They have served in leadership roles with ACA International, including as President, and have contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers – Camden School of Law. Rick has also held various positions in legal practice, including Partner at Fineman Krekstein & Harris and Assistant Counsel for Camden County. Rick holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in Political Science, English, and History from Rutgers University.
