Frances Elsberry currently serves as an Upper School Math Teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School since August 2025. Prior experience includes positions as a 5th Grade Math Teacher and Associate Teacher Coordinator, as well as a 6th Grade Math Teacher at San Francisco Friends School from August 2019 to August 2025. Frances has also worked as a Lead Instructional Coach at Breakthrough San Francisco and taught 5th and 6th grades at Children's Day School from August 2017 to August 2019. Earlier roles include a Co-Teacher at San Francisco Day School and a Team Leader at Jumpstart, where leadership involved extensive communication with parents and educators. Frances has also gained experience through internships with the United States Senate Committee on Finance and the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, focusing on research and legislative support. Frances holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of the Pacific - Benerd College and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Pomona College.
