Damien Ropars is the Associate Founder and COO of Kastline Manufacturing, where they focus on introducing innovative climbing hold designs to the Asian market. After earning a master's degree in engineering with a specialization in industrial management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Damien began their career in China, working as a production manager and later a Lean manufacturing engineer. They accumulated significant experience as Operations Director at Entre-Prises Asia, followed by a role at MND Leisure, where they promoted French craftsmanship across Asia. With a passion for the climbing community, Damien co-founded Kastline Manufacturing to inspire growth and engagement in this sector.
