Sarangapani Sista serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics at Kastle Systems since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sarangapani was the Vice President of Business Transformation and Operations at Resideo from August 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included advising the management team and executing strategic initiatives. Sarangapani’s experience also includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Platinum Equity and Vice President of Business Transformation and M&A Strategy Lead at Artesyn Embedded Technologies. Earlier career milestones include a Director position in Global Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy at Dell, as well as managerial roles at PwC and Intel, where Sarangapani contributed notably to supply chain strategies and operational improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from UW Foster School of Business, a Master of Science from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU.
