Anne-Marie Boonen has extensive experience in training and development, primarily focused on customer-oriented communication, hospitality, and cross-channel sales. Since February 2001, Anne-Marie has worked with GAMMA Nederland, delivering various training programs including handling verbal aggression for both employees and managers. As the owner of Beans Training & Advies since 1994, Anne-Marie independently trains and develops methodologies such as the COPA method. Additional roles include training at Karwei, Gamma Bouwmarkt, Kinderopvang Klokje Rond, and Eyescan Oogzorgkliniek, as well as providing training in leadership and aggression management at the Faculty of Skills and KLM Center of Expertise Learning & Development. Education includes a teaching degree in French and English from NLO Lerarenopleiding.
