Esmat Esmaeil Zadeh served as a Special Education Teacher at Karolinska Institutet from 2015 to 2018 before becoming a University Nurse at Karolinska University Hospital from 2016 to 2025, where they were primarily responsible for patient safety in theaters. Currently, Esmat holds the position of Utbildningsledare at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset since 2025. Esmat completed a Master's degree in Pragmatic Perspectives on Learning from Stockholm University in 2017, a Master's degree from the University of Gothenburg from 2013 to 2015, and specialized training in Perioperative Nursing at Karolinska Institutet in 2006.
