Thomas Horton is an experienced executive with a diverse background in corporate development, strategy, and operations across various industries, including healthcare technology and education. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Kaplan since April 2014, Horton previously held senior roles at Competitive Dynamics, LLC, Pacific Pulmonary Services, and McKesson Technology Solutions, where significant achievements included leading cross-business planning and transformation initiatives. Horton also served as Chief Operating Officer at Childtime Learning Centers, managing a national early education provider, and held positions at IDX Systems and McKinsey & Company. Horton holds a Master's degree in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Geography from Dartmouth College.
