Janee Heffernan has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations in the banking and education sectors. From 1992 to 1998, Janee served as Team Leader/Manager at National Australia Bank, contributing to the early development of outsourced servicing in banking. Janee transitioned to Hobsons, where from 1999 to 2017, roles included Team Leader, Senior Vice President Operations, General Manager, and Managing Director, focusing on global operations and strategic expansion in the APAC region. In 2017, Janee co-founded The Lygon Group, providing consultancy services to the international education sector, and served as its Director until 2024. Currently, Janee is the Executive Director of University Partnerships for Kaplan and briefly held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Voyage in 2024.
