Agharza Bakhshiyev is currently the Chief Risk Officer and a Board Member at Kapital Bank OJSC. With extensive experience in risk management, Agharza has held various key positions, including Director of Risk Management at Kapital Bank from 2018 to 2023, and Acting Head of Credit Risk at DemirBank in 2014-2015. Agharza began their career as a Specialist in the Operation Division of the Treasury Department at AtaBank OJSC in 2007 and contributed to several banks over the years, focusing on market and credit risk management.
