Melissa Korzun currently serves as the Vice President of Cx Operations at Kantata since December 2023. Previously, Melissa held multiple roles at TeleTracking from July 2017 to December 2023, including Managing Director of Services Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans and executing operational improvements for the Professional Services Organization. In other positions at TeleTracking, Melissa led performance improvement projects and established quality delivery standards for client services. Prior to TeleTracking, Melissa spent nearly a decade at Mylan, where accomplishments included enhancing the company’s Culture of Quality and developing the Global EHS Training program. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Instructional Systems Designer for EG&G Technical Services and as an Adjunct Faculty member at West Virginia University. Melissa holds a BS in English and Philosophy, as well as pursued a Master's degree in Photojournalism at West Virginia University.
