Shannon Counts is a transformational leader and accounting professional with over 15 years of diverse experience. They held various finance roles at Kraft Foods, including Finance Manager for the Cheese and Dairy Category, where they managed significant P&L delivery and led critical financial forecasting. Subsequently, they served as Controller at Omron Healthcare, overseeing accounting operations for a substantial North American subsidiary, and have driven enhancements in process efficiency and team performance. Currently, Shannon is the VP of Control & Accounting for the US and Canada at Kantar, continuing to leverage their expertise in accounting and finance. They hold an MBA and a BS in Accounting from Aurora University.
