Keith Crowland is the Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Kaiser Permanente NorthWest, a position held since 2009. They previously served as the Analytics Manager and Lead Information Analyst. Prior to their current role, Keith spent 18 years at GlaxoSmithKline as a Director and Consultant in Healthcare Information, R&D, and held various positions in Data Exploration Sciences, Outcomes Research, Finance and IT, and Market Research. Keith earned an MBA in Health Industry Management from Penn State University and a BSocSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
