Jim Read is an experienced professional with a career at ConocoPhillips spanning over two decades, with roles that include Manager of Learning & Competencies, Delaware Development Supervisor, and Director of Corporate Planning. Jim has led initiatives in learning strategies, technical development, and operational training, while also overseeing integrated development planning and joint ventures, particularly in the Surmont oil sands project. In addition to these roles, Jim has contributed to children's music education as a board member of Cantare Children's Choir and serves on the advisory board for Kahuna, focusing on skills management and collaboration.
