Eric Chou has a diverse range of work experience. Eric is currently working at Kabam as a Senior Software Engineer, leading a reinforcement learning project that aims to transform game development. Prior to their current role, they worked at Bridgewell as a Lead Engineer, where they led a team to refactor an enterprise-level Demand Side Platform using Agile practices and system architecture principles. Eric also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Bridgewell, where they developed a custom machine learning algorithm for predicting user behavior on ads. At Bridgewell, Eric also served as a Software Engineer, designing and developing an efficient Javascript ad rendering engine that reduced bandwidth costs and improved rendering time.

In addition to their experience in the technology industry, Eric has also worked as a Speaker at Agile Tour and as an Industry Mentor at National Taiwan University for the Global Initiatives Symposium. Eric has also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Ubuntu Life Inc. and as a Head Teaching Assistant at National Taiwan University. Eric's career began with an internship at EasyCard Corporation.

Eric Chou holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
